Financial technology (FinTech) companies consist of both startups and established financial institutions and technology companies trying to replace or enhance the usage of financial services provided by existing financial companies.

Indonesia, the largest economy in South East Asia, with an estimated population of over 260 million people, the majority of which are under the age of 35 and growing mobile phone and Internet penetration rates, Indonesia is a treasure trove of untapped fintech opportunities.
Fintech companies are looking to expand in South East Asia, and since there is a huge growth in the digital economy – Indonesia has a strong potential market in this area.
